GO ON Nutrition WHEY is recommended for professional and amateur sportspeople
to supplement a balanced diet with high quality protein. It can be dissolved in water, milk, or a vegetable-based drink.
Choose your favourite flavour: natural, chocolate, vanilla, pistachio, vanilla-carmel, white-chocolate-coconut, strawberry, raspberry and yogurt.
Recommended daily intake: 1 portion (30 g = 1.5 measure) 1-3 times daily: after waking, between meals, after a workout, or before sleeping.
Usage: Dissolve 1 portion (30 g = 1.5 measure) in 150-200 ml of water. Use immediately after preparation.
